On June 10, 2011, owners of Midasco sold one hundred percent of the member units to ACS Group of Spain, one of the leading construction companies in the world. This strategic acquisition allows Midasco to broaden their market presence to larger industry segments, offering substantual opportunities for the Company. The acquisition was made through ACS subsidiary ImesApi in its Industrial Services Division.
Midasco will continue to operate independently as a wholly owned subsidiary of ImesApi. As such, Midasco\'s trade name, logo, office locations, and operating philosophy will remain the same.
